I have read, understand and agree to CADEK Media’s standard terms and conditions for advertising. I am authorised to enter into this agreement on behalf of the client. I agree to the payment terms of “payment with booking / on receipt of invoice” before print. The publisher reserves the right to exclude un-paid advertisements. Non-payment is not seen as cancellation and the advertiser will still be binded by this agreement and held responsible for any outstanding payments of placed ads. I herewith give permission that my advertising material can be displayed and posted on Facebook and other online and social media platforms until I notify the publisher in writing to stop such action.
